HR Executive Sourcing and Support Specialist

 

Job description

  • Supports the talent attraction and acquisition process for executive roles under the guidance of the Executive Sourcing Director.
  • Supports the assessment of candidates’ CVs and profiles, the reference checks, and solicitation of recommendations.
  • Organizes supporting material and documentation, candidates’ reports and relative presentations for the candidates Committee.
  • Supports the decision-making process regarding candidates’ suitability for key positions through a data driven approach.
  • Collaborates with external service providers (mainly Executive search and HR consulting firms) to ensure efficient and effective collaboration in candidates’ sourcing under the guidance of the Executive Sourcing Director.
  • Administers contracts and reporting with and from third-party service providers.
  • Ensures accurate and up-to-date records and reporting of all candidates’ interactions and past collaborations with third-party service providers.
  • Ensures the compliance of CVs records with GF policy and DPO guidelines
  • Supports the Executive Sourcing Director in the development of company’s executive network with high-level professionals and industry influencers to enrich Executive talent pool
  • Supports the enhancement of executive recruiting performance by monitoring best practices on Executive recruitment and staying up to date with industry and regulatory developments and trends.
  • Supports the Executive Sourcing Director in the SOEs Boards assessment, continuous development, compensation reviews and the updating and/or reviewing of respective policies and procedures
  • Actively participates in cross-functional projects and ensures timely delivery.
  • May undertake other responsibilities, according to business needs.

Candidate profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • Master’s degree in the above-mentioned fields will be a plus
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive specialist/Talent Partner or other relevant roles, preferably in a multinational environment, either in a Consulting firm or in-house HR
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Greek, in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarization with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Chat GPT
  • Ability to organize and manage time to ensure the timely completion of projects
  • Interest in learning and broadening his contribution by undertaking new projects
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Analytical thinking and understanding of the work environment and its people 
  • Adaptability, flexibility and confidentiality when managing challenging situations
