SRH Marine Electronics S.A seeks to employ i) Service Coordinator for its International Service Department ii) Sales Support Coordinator for its Service Department
- Process Service & Sales inquiries
- Maintain high level of customer support delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems.
- Check Invoices and Service Level Agreement
- Monitor service and sales arrangements and make sure that all parameters are met
- Communicate internally and externally sufficiently and accurately
- Excellent command of English language
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office. CRM/ERP experience will be considered as an asset
- Business Administration or Technical Background degree holder
- Working experience in similar position
The position reports to department’s manager and is based in Piraeus office.
