THE ROLE

Leasing Agent will become the key liaison between villas owners and prospective clients, in order to turn them to actual ones. To be successful he needs to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants, and achieve occupancy and rental goals.

The Leasing Agent will answer directly to the leasing coordinator.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Being fully familiar with company’s existing property portfolio
  • Being fully familiar with company’s business software
  • Researching constantly, on his own initiative, the property market and adding new properties in the portfolio on a regular basis, while promoting the properties, as per the company’s policy
  • Answer all incoming Expressions of Interest with professionalism within 24 hours from receipt.
  • Screening prospective clients to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
  • Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information
  • Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and when vacate
  • Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns
  • Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees
  • Being fully responsible for having valid assignmenr orders from both parts
  • Enter new client/property data in the system, in real time, with full and accurate details
  • Making weekly and monthly reports whenever asked
  • Establish the best possible communication with key market enterpreneurs and tourism related professionals, in order to promote company’s range of services and get client referrals
  • Informing maintenance staff of possible issues that may appear and be noticed
  • Availability to travel
  • Full time working hours and time flexibility

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

  • Have a high attention to detail and a good intiative level, be well organised
  • Be a team player
  • Be articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner and good report writing skills
  • Show the ability to cross sell other services within Savills
  • Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
  • Have desire to progress and generate new business

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL ABILITIES

  • A relevant graduate / or post-graduate degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with challenging mandates and coming with an increasing work load
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, negotiations, international and managerial skills
  • Excellent verbal and written command in both the Greek and English language
  • Driving licence
