Our client is a multinational leader who experts in providing Credit Insurance Solutions, Debt Collection and Bonding Capital.

We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to support our client’s effort to grow the business and ensure long term profitability and quality of customer portfolio

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate has to:

Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality:

  • Acquire new customers based on leads given by Market Management and generate new leads
  • Provide feedback on the leads generated by Market Management
  • Renew existing policies
  • Identify cross and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensure Proper Pricing

Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards.

  • Service customers based on guidelines of Operational Manual
  • Interact closely with other core functions (i.e. Risk, Claims and Policy Administration)
  • Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer’s portfolio

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate:

  • At least 7 years of experience in similar position. Banking, Insurance, Warranty and Financial Services is a must 
  • Proven knowledge of the Greek Credit Insurance and Financial market; Experience in Converting leads into sales
  • Experience in building an extensive network, with close personal contacts to market players and opinion leaders
  • Rounded knowledge of investments, platforms and products
  • Balance commercial and underwriting objectives
  • PC literacy and excellent Microsoft Office skill
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, any other language is a plus
