Sales Engineer Athens

1. Profile & job purpose

This position requires a background in sales in the electro technical or a similar industry.

The job purpose is to achieve or exceed personal sales targets and to develop existing partnerships in the wholesaler network with the objective of increasing market share within the framework of defined business model and Hager Group values & behaviours.

2. Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the wholesaler sales channel
  • Develop and maintain suitable business relationships with customers
  • Promote and create demand for all Hager products and solutions targeted to the residential and commercial sectors
  • Ensure strong and balanced geographical coverage for all Hager product offer
  • Prepare all relevant data and reports
  • Coordinate activities with all departments in the company

3. Specifications

  • Electrical Engineering degree (University or Technical Education Institute)
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven professional success
  • Dynamic personality, self-organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication & selling skills
  • Sound commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Team player
  • Very good command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS office and ideally familiar with a CRM system
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
