Ship management Company based in Athens, is seeking to employ a motivated and experienced HSQE Officer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years office experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 2 years of sea-going experience, preferably as Chief Officer or Second Officer.
- Good knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Good command of the English language and Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following National, International and Flag regulations.
- Conducting and following up internal/external audits and drills.
- Preparing vessels for 3rd parties inspections.
- Participating, conducting and following up investigation reports related to incidents, accidents and 3rd parties inspections (Flag, Vetting, PSC etc).
- Complying with and following Company’s procedures and requirements.
- Updating Company's database and maintaining records.
