Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece, is currently seeking a dynamic and flexible professional to cover the following position:


Customer Care Team Leader


🔹 What you'll do:

  • Lead and support a team of customer care representatives and monitor its performance based on quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Clearly set and communicate the assigned goals 
  • Establish a dynamic team culture that encourages open communication and fosters a strong sense of unity and collaboration
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution
  • Search for retention, cross/up sell opportunities to consumer postpaid customers based on their needs
  • Collaborate with call center team leaders on projects and analyze data for process improvement, aiming to enhance productivity, customer experience, and address service issues 

🔹 What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar team leader role
  • ​Bachelor's Degree Holder from a University/Technological Educational Institute
  • Good knowledge of Call Center key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written communication skills)
  • Solid computer skills, especially MS Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Customer oriented, patient and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
