A company in the northern suburbs is looking for a talented, dynamic person to join our company team of professionals as an Administration Assistant - Receptionist.

This position plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Manage electronic scheduling of calendars including appointments and coordination of meetings with proficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry and preparation of reports.
  • Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management.
  • Monitor and report on the job performed by the professional cleaning service of the office space.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous work experience as a receptionist or administration assistant.
  • University / College Degree.
  • Proficiency in English (for verbal and in writing communication).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer centric attitude is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude is essential.
