As an IT Sales Support Engineer you will be responsible for integrating our platform with all our clients. You will be part of the IT speaking directly with our partners, assisting them with any tech related issues and identify crucial information that will help us provide them with the best solution we can.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Understand and ensure correct application of operational procedures and working methods
- Support e-shops with our onboarding process
- Act as first and second level support for our partners
- Provide tech support to internal users
Skills we can't do without:
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 1or 2 years experience
- Ability to mix your conversational skills with your technical background
- Any experience with CMS platforms ( WooCommerce / Prestashop or any other Ecommerce platform) will be appreciated
- Any API reading and understanding knowledge will be greatly appreciated
- Team-oriented mentality, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills
