Job Description: As a Senior Consultant you will:
- Take full ownership of sourcing and sales activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for middle to senior-level positions
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes
- Represent Adecco in client meetings to promote our permanent recruitment services
- Cultivate existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure availability and commitment
- Actively participate in recruitment and career events
- Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- University degree in Business/Economics/Social Sciences or related field
- Master’s degree in HR will be considered as a strong asset
- At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar position, either in Talent Acquisition or in the consulting sector
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment project
- Experience in client-facing or account management roles is a strong asset
- Fluency in Greek and English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer centricity with ability to liase with C-level stakeholders
- Target – oriented with advanced organisational skills
