Procurement Senior Analyst

Job Description

• Actively participate in the implementation of new Master Data and Corporate Procurement systems, including blueprinting, UAT, end-user training.
• Lead data cleansing team(s) to transform existing master data to the new paradigm
• Monitor quality of master data creation/change to ensure compliance with Corporate norms and policy
• Manage quality and integrity of common data structures, classifications, and mappings, safeguarding strategic procurement views across companies.
• Maintain common procurement MIS, spend cube, taxonomy and create related reports.
• Evaluate and support new procurement policies and processes.
• Design and generate progress reports and relevant KPIs
• Analyze large datasets with procurement data combined across systems
• Track and report KPIS performance within each spend category and define budgetary impact
• Develop, assess and provide reports for the effective management of supplier performance to track and report benefits delivered
• Support Category Managers to develop market knowledge and intelligence, analyzing supply markets, identifying trends, issues and risks
• Provide sector and competitor benchmarking and produce and track key performance indicators
• Create, implement, and distribute ad hoc reports
• Perform additional responsibilities or projects as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Statistics
• 3-5 years proven working experience as a data or business analyst
• Demonstrated experience in Procurement, preferably in Industrial sector
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in SAP MM Procurement and Master Data structures and management
• Technical expertise regarding data models and data mining
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, policies and tools
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate with production engineers, team player
• Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and multi-task effectively
