Description

As a member of the sales team, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for attracting new customers and the development of the company's existing customer base, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and optimal communication of Health & Safety values ​​in all organizations.

Sales Engineer is the point of reference for our customer and establishes the connection between their needs and the operational departments of the company for the implementation and coordination of the services needed after sales. His direct responsibility is to generate revenue for the company along with the optimal implementation of the commercial policy and overall strategy according to the current business plan. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the position includes the high level of investigation of the needs of the customers and their correct satisfaction with personalized solutions, always guided by the vision of the company and the achievement of its goals.

Main responsibilities

  • Leads conversion- cross selling-upselling
  • Customer needs investigation and sales cycle monitoring
  • Designing solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with Operations department
  • Revenue growth
  • Ensuring profitability
  • Customer retention
  • Presentation of solutions to customers
  • Implementation of commercial policy
  • Monitoring pipeline
  • Lead generation
  • Involvement in commercial campaigns
  • Participation in tender procedures / RFP’s

Candidate Profile

Education / Knowledge

  • Postgraduate degree in Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of sales & trading techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of English

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in similar sales positions
  • Proven ability to sell professional B2B service solutions
