Junior Service Engineer Diesel Engines/Turbochargers
DETURBO company was established in 2017 in Hamburg, Germany and since 2019 has extended its presence in Piraeus, Greece. DETURBO offers overhauling and repair services for all Diesel Engines & Turbocharger types and reconditioning of engine and turbocharger parts.
DETURBO is looking for a capable Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to our machining workshop.
Job Tasks:
- Working together with inspiring service engineers assisting on maintenance jobs or repairs inside the workshop or in-situ. Apart from carrying out your maintenance and support duties, you will play an important part in company’s various projects and tasks.
- Assist in preparation of equipment and tools that are needed before service attendances.
- Familiarise with the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices and make every effort to eliminate unsafe practices and report any incidents. Able to work according to the safety rules.
Requirements:
- A degree in engineering is preferred but is not a prerequisite.
- Communicate, read, and write in English language.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Available to travel at short notice.
- Self-motivated.
- Basic PC use knowledge
- Team player with good communication skills.
